I have patents on developing communities in which owners have complete privacy from their renters. I am currently organizing the development of a project similar to what is described on this website, based on your input.​

I am not a mortgage broker or financial advisor. I discuss unique mortgages because most people are unaware of them. The described financing and financial suggestions are simply suggestions. You will be able to purchase these properties with any mortgage or financing you choose. The financing agreement will be between you and your lender.
